The ticket can only be used on the selected date and time of the ride and is valid for one person. Children under 3 years old are not entitled to a seat (on the lap - free ride).

Before the ride, it is necessary to be at the departure point at least 15 minutes in advance.

Driving instructions: do not stick your limbs out of the car while driving, do not feed the animals, do not touch the animals. Follow the instructions of the guide (driver).
